In den 80ern arbeitete sie für Apple Computer und entwarf Schrift-Fonts, Icons und andere visuelle Elemente für das erste, original Macintosh Betriebssystem und viagra savings deren Anwendungen.Kare designte diese "Bitmap" Textil-Kollektion der Idee des Jacquard Webstuhl folgend. Jacquard ist ein frühes Beispiel computer-gesteuerter Maschinen, die seinerzeit mit Lochkarten gesteuert und bereits in 1801 von Joseph Jacquard entwickelt wurde. Diese Kollektion feiner Textilien würdigt die Parallelen zwischen Webarbeiten & -mustern und Pixels.
